Delete Your Account
Two ways to delete your account and everything in it: from inside the app, or by email if you cannot get in.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
Open RydeLab, tap the settings icon in your garage, and choose Delete Account near the bottom of the screen. Confirm once and it runs immediately — there is no waiting period and no further step.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Every car in your garage, including the photos you uploaded
- Every AI-generated render and poster made from those photos
- Comments you have posted on other cars
- Collectibles, badges and XP progress
This does not cancel an active subscription by itself — Apple or Google keep billing it independently. Cancel it from your App Store or Play Store subscriptions screen, or write to us and we will point you at the right screen.
No access to the app right now?
Email support@thetuninglab.com from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. We remove everything listed above by hand and confirm once it is done.
