TUNINGLAB / THE FINE PRINT
Support
How to reach us, what to send, and the fixes for the things that come up most.
Get in touch
Email support@thetuninglab.com. Tell us the address on your account, the device you are using and what you expected to happen — that is usually enough to settle it in one reply. We answer within two working days.
Try this first
- A render failed or came back wrong — start again from a cleaner three-quarter photo in even light. Harsh shadows, tight crops and low resolution are the usual culprits.
- Your car does not look like itself — add another angle. The more reference the model has of your bodywork, the closer the render sits to it.
- A part looks right but the numbers are not — that is expected. Previews are styling concepts; they do not confirm offset, width, clearance or road-legality. Check those with your supplier.
- Billing and subscriptions — purchases run through Apple, so refunds and cancellations happen in your Apple account. Write to us and we will point you at the right screen.
Delete your account or your data
Write to support@thetuninglab.com from the address on your account and ask. We remove the garage, the uploaded photos and everything generated from them.
Report something
If a render produced something offensive, or you believe an image in the app is yours and should not be there, email us the detail. We take it down while we look into it.
Requests and roadmap
New wheel sets, kits and categories go into the tune catalog regularly, and requests genuinely shape the order they arrive in. If there is a part you keep wanting to try, tell us what it is.
